I’m starting to log my calories again, since I gained a little bit since I stopped losing (or trying to). Btw, of anyone is looking for a calorie tracking app, the calorie count one by about.com is really great. It takes into account the amount of vitamins and minerals, nutrients, water you take in every day, the logging is super easy, and it even gives you an overall grade for the day! It’s also just really simple to understand and almost fun to use, almost.
