It's a cycle.
At least for me, it is.
You start going to the gym, and you fall in love and go every day. You start to eat healthier. Positive thinking, regular bedtimes, the whole thing. And it goes well for a few weeks, months, etc.
Then you get tired. you get stressed. Working out (which started this and is the cornerstone of this entire healthy lifestyle) doesn’t become as important anymore. You...
